Due to data protection legislation, we are unable to discuss details about a student's circumstances with third parties (such as parents, guardians or partners) unless written authorisation is provided.

Our core responsibilities

Fee collection and account management

We handle the administration of student financial accounts. This includes the collection of:

• Tuition fees
• University accommodation fees

Funding and disbursements

We manage the release of funds to eligible students. We are responsible for issuing payments for:

• Bursaries 
• Scholarships
• Financial support grants and emergency support

Money guidance

We are here to help students maximize their funds. We provide information and resources on:

• Managing living costs
• Navigating student finance options
